Order Issues & Returns

At Slapshot Clothing Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or preference-based decisions. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@slapshotclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a store credit, depending on availability.

We do not offer cash refunds, but we will ensure you receive a correct or replacement item at no additional cost.


Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made for each order, we do not offer direct exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly encourage customers to check the size chart on each product page before placing an order.

If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing, and we’ll be happy to assist you in choosing the right fit.


Cancellations & Order Changes

All orders are processed shortly after being placed. Because of this, once an order has been submitted, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out to us. If necessary, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

1.      Your item arrives damaged or defective and a replacement is unavailable.

2.      You receive the wrong item and a replacement is unavailable.

3.      Your order is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it as undeliverable.

We do not issue refunds for:

Incorrect sizing (please review our size guide carefully).

Change of mind after an order is placed.

Minor variations in color or print placement due to the production process.


How to Request a Replacement or Store Credit

If your issue falls under our return policy guidelines, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing any defects or incorrect items

Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.
